I’m Jordan Crombie, the founder of Cromex Systems. My journey spans years across different industries, managing national accounts worth millions and building trusted relationships with clients. Along the way, I saw a common challenge that held businesses back: talented people wasting hours every week on repetitive, manual admin that added little value.

I’ve always believed there’s a smarter way to work. That belief became reality when I designed my first AI-driven workflow automation system. What started as a solution to save colleagues from draining, repetitive tasks turned into something bigger — efficiency soared, morale improved, and the business saved countless hours and capital.

That was the turning point for me. I realised this wasn’t just a fix — it was my calling, and I’ve been generating solutions ever since. I founded Cromex Systems to bring the same transformation to small and medium-sized businesses, bridging the gap between advanced technology and everyday operations.
